Church Trails do not yet have a separate identity within NADFAS; nationally
they are not part of Church Recording, Young Arts or Heritage Volunteers.
This causes confusion and it is hoped that rationalisation will occur soon.
Guidelines are, however, available, and will include instructions on how to use appropriate
computer software to publish trails for public use.
NADFAS does, howevever, ask Societies to work in conjunction with the national network to avoid
fragmentation and allow quality control.
In the West Midlands Area, activities are coordinated by Liz Dancey who is also a member of the National Church Trails team. Societies may contact her using the email address given above.
