Most of the West Midlands Societies have a Young Arts Representative who is responsible for setting up projects and supervising them in their area.
The Representatives establish links with schools, colleges, local education authorities, museums and galleries and assist in the channelling of funds and support from their Societies to the projects.
There is central coordination from the Area enabling an exchange of ideas and providing encouragement and help for Societies that wish to participate.
Individual Societies feature their own projects on their websites.
